Shopping online can be an intimidating process for some or just plain confusing for others. If you have ever purchased anything online from a website that did not have a clear and simple delivery process, then you probably know the frustrations. Here at www.goldenlacewigs.com, we appreciate your business and we want you to understand our shipping process prior to placing an order so you can know when to expect your parcel. Below is the exact step for step process goldenlacewigs.com Staff takes when processing your order.

1.All items will only be shipped to the shipping address provided by customer. Please make sure your address is correct.

All wigs are shipped directly from storage. When we shipped out wigs, we will supply tracking number for you.

There is 24-36 hours processing period on all in-stock orders once payment is received. Once wigs are shipped , we will email you with tracking number so you may track your order. Your Lace Wig will be shipped within 5-7 business days (not counting weekends or Holidays). Adding highlights to your order may delay your order by a couple of days. Most orders are processed and shipped to customers within 7 days . Some orders may take longer due to uncontrollable circumstance.

Custom Wig Orders
Once you pay for your wig, please allow approximately 20 -25 days for regular production period, 15-20 days for rush service and 12 days for Super rush Service. Depending on the period you selected upon placing your order. Once your wig is completed, you will be contacted via email and your order will be shipped.

North America Shipping Charges: Free shipping on all orders above $500 before shipping charges. Otherwise, $20 for all Lace Front Wigs and Full Lace Wigs. $25 for wefts/extensions.

International Shipping Charges: $45 for all international shipping on all products.

International Buyers - We ship to many countries, US territories, and military APO addresses. Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. If applicable, any customs or duty charges are always the responsibility of the recipient. Celebrity Hair And Beauty is unable to determine custom fees in advance. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Hair Wefts/Extensions' Shipping & Delivery

There is 7 to 9 business days processing period once payment is received. Once wigs are shipped , we will email you with tracking number so you may track your order. Your Weft/Extension will be shipped within 7-9 business days (not counting weekends or Holidays). Most orders are processed and shipped to customers within 7 day . Some orders may take longer due to uncontrollable circumstance.

Privacy & Security
This Privacy Policy covers Golden Lace Wigs' treatment of personally identifiable information that Golden Lace Wigs collects when you are on the Golden Lace Wigs site, and when you use Golden Lace Wigs' products and services. This policy also covers our guarantee statement and Golden Lace Wigs' treatment of any personally identifiable information that Golden Lace Wigs' business partners share with Golden Lace Wigs.

This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that Golden Lace Wigs does not own or control, or to people that Golden Lace Wigs does not employ or manage, including without limitation, any of Golden Lace Wigs' affiliates or business partners.

Returns & Replacements
By nature of our products, all sales are final with no refunds.

We try our best to make our sales perfect and satisfy our customers in highest degree. We understand some customers may ask for a return in some cases. We will not accept any refunds, however, you can request for return and exchange if the goods on your order meet the following conditions:

DO NOT CUT THE LACE
NO Rip or Tear the Lace

DO NOT Put any kind of Chemicals on the Wig Unit
DO NOT Wear the Wig Unit
DO NOT Brush the wig (not even brushing by fingers)
DO NOT Put Glue or Tape on the Wig Unit
DO NOT Put Products on the Wig Unit
DO NOT Wash or Condition the Wig Unit
DO NOT Dye the Wig Unit
DO NOT Perm or Put Relaxer on the Wig Unit
DO NOT Style or Cut the Hair of the Wig Unit
DO NOT Destroy or Lose any of the Original Packaging
DO NOT Try to Correct the Problem Yourself Prior to Calling Us
MUST BE IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING OF THE WIG.

We offer absolutely no returns or exchanges on Custom Wigs. We produce all custom wigs based on the customer's request and directions. Thus, its finial sales.

Human Hair Wefts/Extension:

Due to the nature of this product, all sales are final. Absolutely no returns or exchanges unless the error was made by Golden Lace Wigs.

You shall contact us within 48 hours from receiving orders for return or exchange; if out of 48 hours, your request will not be processed. Exchange will be free of service charge, and only return delivery fee shall be paid.

The following conditions are not available for exchange:

Orders with errors by customers (including colors, lengths, head dimensions, etc.) Note: If requesting for repair or exchange, you shall firstly contact us by service email: sales@goldenlacewigs.com. Modification & Cancellation Policy
Cancellation: Within 24 hours from ordering, cancellation on order is available. If out of 24 hours, we will not accept cancellation on any order(s). Note: If the order has been shipped or produced, order cancel is not acceptable. Modification: For modification on stock items please contact us at sales@goldenlacewigs within 24hrs after your order has been placed. This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it otherwise, modification is not acceptable. Modification on custom order made within 42 hours after payment is free of charge. After 42 hours, a $150 fee for modifications will be applied and the delivery time will be 7 days longer. No modification is accepted after 3 days.
